Psychotherapy Services
Traditional and Neuroinclusive
As a social worker and therapist, I believe in taking a wholistic approach, that is supportive, inclusive, and collaborative, considering a person’s environment, family structure and culture. I work with adults struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and some personality disorders.
As an AuDHD individual and therapist, I specialize in neuroinclusive services, with a focus on providing therapy to autistic and ADHD individuals, including Veterans, on a path towards self-acceptance, increased understanding of symptoms, unmasking, managing neurodivergent burnout, as well as skills building for relationships and executive functioning.
I offer a variety of approaches to therapy, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (non-traditional format because it does not include groups). All therapeutic services can be adjusted for neurodivergent individuals.
Diagnostic services are available for autism and ADHD, that are DSM-5 TR criteria based, completed through a multi-step interview process, including clinical assessments backed by research. I do not provide neuropsychological testing or diagnostic services that could be used to obtain disability services through the government.
Reasonable accommodation and emotional support animal letters will be considered on an individual basis for well-established clients.
